**Ingredients:*** 2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour* 2 ½ tsp baking powder* ½ tsp salt* ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened* 1 ¾ cups (350g) sugar* 4 large eggs* 1 tbsp vanilla extract* 1 cup (240ml) whole milk*Instructions:*1. Preheat your oven to **350°F (175°C)**. Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the **flour, baking powder, and salt**.3. In a large bowl, beat the **butter and sugar** until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).4. Add the **eggs one at a time**, beating well after each addition, then mix in the **vanilla extract**.5.
